Prompting Users to Join New Programs and Enhanced Filtering for Participants
We've streamlined the process for users to join new programs directly through the app. Simultaneously, managing participants across multiple programs has become more efficient. This enhancement simplifies program enrollment and task management, providing users with seamless access to the latest offerings and opportunities.

Color-Coded Action Statuses for Improved Organization
To enhance organization and streamline navigation, action statuses within the WeGuide Portal can now be color-coded. This visual enhancement provides users with a quick and intuitive way to identify and prioritize tasks based on their status.

Improved Program Alerts Functionality
We're excited to introduce enhancements to our program alerts functionality. Now, alerts can be effectively utilized to notify clinicians and admins of program activities meeting certain conditions. Enhanced Export Process!
We've revamped both the program export and translation exporting processes to ensure seamless handling of large datasets. Now, you can export your program data efficiently and effectively, while our background translation exporting prevents any disruptions, even with extensive form sizes.
Admin Restrictions and Security Enhancements
To mitigate potential setup issues, we've implemented restrictions on critical settings such as app name, timezone, and SMS sender for admin users. If any adjustments are needed in these areas, please reach out to your implementation manager for assistance. Additionally, we've bolstered security with various fixes and updates to safeguard your data and ensure a secure environment for all users.
